Overview

A business number with one inbox for calls, SMS and WhatsApp, plus an AI voice agent that answers when the team can't. I led the app end to end: architecture, native calling, real-time backend and every release.

What it does

  1. 01Inbound and outbound VoIP calling with CallKit and PushKit
  2. 02One shared inbox for calls, SMS and WhatsApp across the team
  3. 03Call recording, transcripts, AI summaries and AI-drafted replies
  4. 04An AI voice agent (ElevenLabs + LiveKit) that answers and routes calls
  5. 05Supabase backend with RLS, Edge Functions and real-time subscriptions
